Our Founders
TH.I.N.K. was founded by Levar, a seasoned banker, and Shantelle, a dedicated real estate lawyer, who both experienced the challenges of professional isolation.
Their shared vision of creating a supportive network led to the formation of TH.I.N.K., driven by their passion to connect and uplift professionals and entrepreneurs.
They were joined by Michelle, who refined the concept, and Soraya, who brought organizational expertise, together building a community that bridges gaps and fosters meaningful connections.
